HELD?: Yes :]

We ALL Want to Change the World

FULL NAME: Yamahata Aki Jasey-Rae
AGE & BIRTHDAY:October 29th, 1989
ETHNICITY: Spainish, but born in Japan and raised by a Japanes homosexual couple
ALLIANCE: Outter Senshi
SCHOOL: Graduate of York Prep // Sophmore of New York University
GRADE: Sophmore of the University
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: Drama Club, Physics Club
RESIDENCE: Jasey-Rae and her family live in the Upper East Side of Manhattan in a luxuary Pent House, that takes up almost a whole floor of the apartment building she and her family reside in. Jasey lives with her two father's in the apartment and have been living there for almost seven years. Before the family moved to America they lived in a moderate sized house, though they could and still can even with the poor economy afford to live in a house of various sizes wherever they want.
Parents: Katsu Yama and Ryo Hidaka

OCCUPATION: Unlike most of the teenagers and mostly those privileged with mounds of money at their very whim, Jasey-Rae has always been able to keep a job, and has had the same one since she was only fifteen years old and from that has earned all of her own money, and pays for everything she wants with her own money, however; the only thing she doesn’t pay for herself is the rent of the apartment she is currently residing in, the people who pay for it are her older brother whom she is living with and the parents she doesn’t see much of and isn’t close enough to exactly rely on for their wealth or help. Jasey-Rae’s full-time job takes place every other day during the hours of 12-7 in a small, but popular and usually has a steady flow of customers, it is a small DIY [do it yourself] boutique located in downtown New York City, that takes her fifteen minutes to get to when she leaves from her classes and thirty minutes to get to when she leaves from home. On the inside of the boutique, Jasey is in charge of the register, helping model the clothing for the online store as well as pictures around the store and in some indie online and off-line magazines, help sew and put together clothing, and most importantly help design new clothing to sell, the person who owns the store is one of her best friends.
REINCARNATION OF: Sailor Pluto

You say you got a Real Solution

APPEARANCE:
As far as Jasey-Rae’s style goes, she likes to keep things simple, but with a bit of a vintage and sheik edge. Normally her hair is either a dark brown or black, she was born with light brown hair, but as she aged instead of getting darker it seemed to get lighter, and because of her light milky complexion she knew that dark would be a better color on her, and so she keeps it dark. Also, she normally cuts her hair herself, and likes to keep it in layers but not too many, she keeps it straight though curls it on the ends from time to time, she loves wearing a braided head band around her hair, as well as some Hello Kitty bows and sometimes she’ll put in extensions just to add some length.
Typical Jasey makeup is a lot of blush, red lip stick or lip gloss, mascara, and eyeliner on her top eye lids, however; she doesn’t always stick to this makeup routine, the red comes out for parties and so does the overdose of blush, for school she either keeps it natural or wears some eyeliner and mascara. Her nails vary in days, sometimes she will paint her nails according to her outfit colors or keeps them a simple black.
Jasey-Rae shops from thrift stores to high-fashion stores, she has a passion for fashion and if she can’t find it in one spot she will always look into another. A lot of tops she wears are hand-made by herself and her best friend, and she loves to show off t-shirts of bands, cartoons, Hello Kitty, and anything she can find that would look cute., her favorite shirts at the moment are plaid.
Jasey-Rae likes to wear tight jeans, lacy skirts, petticoats, and tutu skirts (except these were more of a thing when she was younger), and leggings. Her favorite kinds of skinny jeans are grey, and legging colors vary depending on the outfit. Jasey-Rae is mostly into flowy short dresses and leggings with boots or flats, sometimes she will add a belt to the mix if it goes with the outfit. However most of the shoes she wears are usually those of “high-fashion” like ankle boots, or wedges.
Like every girl, Jasey-Rae loves accessories and wears them whenever she gets the chance, her favorite is the braided head band that she ties around her hair, she is also a fan of big sunglasses, big earrings, rings, bracelets and necklaces, however; she doesn’t wear necklaces as much as she wears everything else, but she still likes to wear them. Jasey-Rae has a few hidden tattoos and obvious piercing. Jasey has about ten tattoos in total and her piercing are a Monroe that she doesn’t wear as often as she used to and a nose ring.
Overall, when getting herself dressed in the morning to go to work, school, or in the evenings to go out, Jasey always thinks of the three following things; over accessorize, cute and unique. She never over thinks what people are going to think or say about they way she dresses, she likes to be individual when it comes to what she wears and she makes that a point almost everyday of her life. It is one of the most important things to her to look unique and she keeps it that way.

We'd all LOVE to see the Plan

PERSONALITY: As a child Jasey-Rae was a always running around talking her little head off, but as she matured and got older the girl wasn’t so talkative and became more conservative as well as independent. From an early age she was taught that if she wanted something done she would have to do it herself, and she learned that from the orphanage where she was exposed to other children who craved just as much attention from the workers there as she did.
Jasey-Rae was always a relatively happy, active child, she was always smiling and laughing, and still does that to this day, only sometimes the smiles are harder to see and the laughter can either be over something truly funny, or because someone else around her is laughing and she feels as though she also needs to laugh, this may be considered fake, but everyone does it, and can be accused of it as well. On the active side, Jasey was in the Drama Club and was even the lead role for some of York Prep’s productions, she loved acting, almost as much as she liked sewing and creating most of the costume’s.
Jasey-Rae is rather confident in herself and her family, and has been since childhood. It seemed that no matter what country she lived in, and no matter what her skin tone was there was always a child picking on her, and once her and her family made their big move to New York, it wasn’t over her skin tone like it once was in the orphanage and in her old school, it was over her brains as well as her family. Even though she had her hard times throughout most of her early school years, she didn’t let anything break her down and continued to build up her confidence level, and let people speak their shit, because she knew none of it was true, no matter what they had to say.
Though this eighteen year old, going on nineteen is strong on the outside, and doesn’t let anything come between her and her emotions, a tiny weak spot of hers is her family and the lack of a mother figure in her life, she loves her father’s and knows which one takes the role of female or ’mother’, but a girl needs a mom and because Jasey-Rae has been without one her whole life, it’s one of her biggest weaknesses, boys and gossip, and other girly things aren’t as much her weakness as this is, she has a secret wish to know who her real birth mother is, and why she was given up for adoption in the first place.
Overall, Jasey-Rae is a well mannered, and gives everyone and anyone a chance to be a friend of hers and a friend of theirs, she is the type of person to give someone just as much as they give her, she is reserved and doesn’t do completely out of control things, but knows how to have a good time. Jasey-Rae is obviously a gay supporter and has a lot of gay friends and family members and is open to all forms of sexuality, while she herself prefers the heterosexual line, she has had her share of drunken lesbian moments. Jasey-Rae is a teenager, with a passion for Physics, Style, and the Arts, she can be your best friend, and if you wrong her she wont tell you, but she wont let you in any closer any longer, forgive but never forget. Jasey-Rae, is lovely and adores meeting new people, and is a lovely girl to get to know.

You tell me it's the Institution

HISTORY:Jasey-Rae’s birth was not abnormal, or any different than any other normal babies birth, however; what she and her birth parents didn’t know was that one day their baby girl would be living with a gay couple, and had the least bit of knowledge that within their new born was something special, something so special words can’t even begin to explain. The sad part about this something ‘special’ is that Jasey-Rae’s birth parents would never know of their daughter’s special ability, because within one week of the baby’s birth her mother bid her farewell at the hospital and baby Jasey was brought to the local orphanage for young children, properly named St. Augustan’s Orphanage For Young Children; where she would continue to live until she was exactly six years old.
From infancy till she was about four years old the baby girl was taken care of by orphanage staff and volunteer’s that would help out there on occasions, mostly during the weekends when most of the regular staff would call off, and the children knew no one else. Lucky babies, boys and girls were adopted, and some even taken into foster care and then within six or eight months were adopted, not Jasey-Rae however, most thought it was because she was a white girl, dropped off in a Asian orphanage, her kind came far and few and within Japan and various other Asian countries what the people were looking for were baby boys, someone to carry on their names, but what would a girl carry on? What would a white baby girl in an Asian family carry on? Shame, embarrassment, and little honor and therefore; the bright blue eyed, dark haired bouncing and energetic princess was never even thought of being looked at by half of the couples who came into the popular Tokyo orphanage. Jasey-Rae’s first words were taught to her in Japanese, and she took her first steps by simply watching other babies around her. Jasey barely ever cried, she was a happy baby, and hated being away for long periods of time away from the staff she knew best, and as she got older she would rarely ever get into a fight or argument with any other child around, she was sweet, shared, and did everything she was told, but all of this came to a sudden stop, when a couple were suddenly interested in little Jasey.
October 29th of 1997, Jasey-Rae Curtis became apart of a family, a very controversial, however loving family and her name went from Curtis, her birth father’s last name to being Jasey-Rae Aki Yamahate, or like the Japanese like to put it, Jasey became; Yamahata Jasey-Rae and her new parents were not the traditional mother-father deal, they were a gay couple, and that was clear, however; they were not ‘partners’ or married, their names were Yama Katsu and Hidaka Ryo, living and loving each other for twenty years, and finally deciding it was time to have a child, and since neither of them had enough time to stay home with an infant they thought a toddler, able to go to school full-day would be adequate, and once they went through the children two years prior to their adoption, they saw Jasey first and immediately knew she was for them, in their eyes she was perfect, and saw no harm in having a white skinned daughter, who was clearly of a Spanish/American background, they wanted to have a diverse family since they were obviously not regulation couple according to some churches and governments, and so they filed for Jasey’s adoption. It took exactly two years and six months for the adoption to go through, and for the last name they created together (both of each of their last names) to clear, and finally they were able to have their baby girl. But Jasey was no baby, and even though she had spent many outings and time with her new family, she was scared to leave the orphanage and had terrible time saying goodbye to the people who had devoted the last six years of their lives taking care of her, and loving her, and instilling all of life’s necessary firsts into her mind, body and soul.
For the first few weeks the toddler, and young pre-school student was quiet and distant, she was not her normally happy, giggly self and would often question when she would be taken back to the orphanage, she questioned if they would be able to go visit soon, and cried herself to sleep at night, but as time went on the young girl soon became accustomed to her new schedule. The first week out of the orphanage and her new parents were sending her to school already, she was learning how to write in kanji, and other symbols, learning how to read and spell, it was all so new to her, but being able to be around other children was a familiar atmosphere and it made her feel more at ease and at home with her new surroundings. Jasey-Rae was soon opening up to her father’s, she was becoming their little princess and it showed. Though she was taught manners in the orphanage and they were well enforced at home, her father’s loved her and doted on her left and right, if she wanted a stuffed animal it was in her hands only a few moments later, whatever she felt like for dinner is what Ryo would cook, and Katsu would leave his office early in order to spend time with his little flower. Jasey was the center of attention at home, and one day while in school she told the teacher her daddy called her princess, and that followed night at the parent-teacher-meet-and-greet, her preschool teacher told her father’s not to call her princess because it was getting to her head, the two offended by the teacher’s remark, pulled Jasey out of the school and within the following two weeks she was enlisted in a private school, and stayed there until she was ten.
Jasey-Rae’s life was going up, and her memories of the orphanage were going down, her father’s still gave her everything she pleased, except the young girl was now starting to get tired of this game. Jasey, was still sweet, but she was spoiled and at a young age she realized she needed changed and started to process quickly, this proved to be hared than she ever imagined it being and it took longer than she thought it would. Within the time of her being adopted and her current age of a whooping ten years old, she had went from cute and loveable, to spoiled-rotten and intolerable, and she knew it, she hated it, and wanted it gone. Though it took hard work, practice and a little elbow grease the then year old was soon back to being relatively normal, without the bratty exterior to those she thought inferior to herself, and it took the next three years to straighten her out. At thirteen she was still tiny, and unlike the other girls her age, whose bodies were slowly starting to show signs of development, hers was not and it only made her want to be more like them. Boys and girls alike would tease her for her small height, and tiny body, because even compared to the Asian girls who are typically tiny in stature and size; she still looked like she could be eleven years old. Teasing, name calling, and bullying lead to Jasey skipping numerous school days, and made her father’s question what was wrong, Jasey being stubborn never told them.
Before she turned fourteen, and before she was able to properly reprimand the other children at school, her father’s announced to her that they were moving, and they were moving to New York City in America, both shocked and alarmed Jasey didn’t know whether to be happy or sad about the situation. Katsu’s job was sending him over seas where he would have an office, a pent house suit and of course a spot for his daughter at New York’s finest school, York Prep. Moving meant new friends, faces, places, and things, however; it also meant leaving behind good and old memories as well as people. This move was one of the better moments of Jasey’s life, because she had no real friends to be too attached to and found it easier leaving her old school than anything else, the worst part of the move was the packing, but her father’s took care of mostly that. One month before she turned fourteen the small family was on the plane to New York City, they had all been practicing English together and alone, they had got in contact with a tutor for each and were in desperate need of one, but mostly for Jasey-Rae and Ryo who had only ever learned very basic words and phrases in English and only knew fluent Japanese, while Katsu knew and understood most English from his work and needed a bit of sprucing up. After almost three days straight of being in and out of different airports, the family of three finally arrived in New York, where a limo was waiting to take them to their new place, and a moving truck was already loaded up and packed with their personal belongings, Jasey was amazed at how New York reminded her so much of Tokyo, New York was her mini Tokyo.
It took only a little time to get used to the new city they had just moved to, but each was glad in their own way that they had moved, especially Jasey-Rae. In the city she discovered China town, and little Italy, she surprised people when she spoke and a Japanese accented voice came from her lips and broken English followed some more jumbled up Japanese. Sooner rather than later, the young teenager was enrolled in some etiquette classes, was making straight A’s at York Prep, and not one person could touch her in Physics, which was mostly a class for the upper classmen, but because of her intelligence she was able to surpass her grade and was a sophomore before the middle of the school year. Everything was going the way she and her father’s planned, but in school it was starting to be like it was at home, she wasn’t being teased for her petite stature or size by the other people her age, but she was being called a nerd, a geek, and a cheat. All of the accusations against her were false, but that didn’t make her feel any less hurt. The school year went by quickly, and as usual Jasey’s grades were out of this world and at their highest, and was promoted to the next grade. That summer was probably one of the best for the young girl, she was going to be a Junior that following school year, and was only going to be fifteen, she was actually getting to be a bit taller, and her body was finally taking on shape, and one of the most significant things that happened to her was that she started to develop a taste in style, and not the common trends that walk on the streets back and fourth, and cost up to $100 to purchase, but her own personal style. For a long time in her life her hair was relatively short, but one night she had a dream, that she was a beautiful tall, smart and stylish women with long hair, and an perfectly proportioned body, however; in her dream the body she had also had red eyes, and green hair, and what was also a mystery of the reoccurring dream was that she was wearing an interesting outfit, it was a sailor looking suit, but a short blackish dark greenish shirt and bow at her chest, there elbow length white gloves trimmed with black at the top on her arms and an interesting necklace and earring on her ears, as the dream progressed and the more she had it the more she could make out who the person was, it was a very pretty women, but she couldn’t put a name to her, but for some reason every time she woke up the word
‘Pluto’ was stuck in her head, it was like a recurring nightmare except there was nothing nightmarish about it, and it never woke her up from sleeping. The dream continued throughout her summer and she kept in of the dl, and went about her daily life. During the summer, Jasey-Rae experienced a growth-spurt, though it wasn’t by much she was no longer 4’9”, she was now a miraculous 5’4”, and was filling out clothes better, she was a girl after all and it was about time her body started to show signs of that. Jasey had become interested in the ‘alternative’ clothing style, and was at one point dressing in black, dying and cutting her hair, and piercing her face all in one summer, her father’s didn’t put too much thought into their baby’s changes because they knew it was probably just a phase, however; as time went on, she started to become even more interested in this ‘alternative’ style that she began to make her own clothing, and since she had been taught how to use a sewing machine in Japan most of what she made didn’t come out all half bad, and she made it to fit her tiny assets which made them stand out just a bit more. When school was finally going back, Jasey-Rae’s overall appearance had changed vastly over the last three months, her once short hair had grown and extensions were added, blonde pieces were seen, and her overall appearance had changed almost 100%. This change in her style not only caused some major controversy with the teachers and staff, but it brought on some new friends, new things to do after school, and first boyfriends. Jasey-Rae was the hit of a small social circle of the so called ‘scene’ kids, she didn’t even know there was a word for the way she dressed until she started hearing it from the preppie kids who she used to want to be like, but not anymore now she was a ring leader, she was what the kids she hung out with looked up to for style changes and trends. Jasey-Rae’s popularity grew and so did her I.Q.
The school year went by and so did the following summer, she had people to hang out with, gossip to hear, and boyfriends to have for a few weeks, get tired of then dump, she was having the time of her life, and soon enough she even got herself a job, which her father’s couldn’t be proud of, they taught their daughter well and it showed, she was polite, independent and finally confident in herself, she barely had much of an accent now that she was frequently speaking in English, people were fascinated with her family background and that she willingly got a job, when her father Katsu had so much money. Jasey-Rae held many parties at her house when her father’s went out, or went away, and not once did she get caught, she was too wise for that. If people weren’t invited personally by her and tired to come in she kicked them out, or sent them away, it was that simple. This was the same summer that Jasey-Rae was made into a model, but she was more into making the clothes than modeling for them in pictures, she did it anyway, she excelled and soon enough had a small fan base, which lead more people harassing her the following year at school, she was a Senior now, and only sixteen people were even more brutal to her this year than ever and it only lead to her on the verge of dropping out, however; Jasey-Rae kept her head high and stayed confident in her brain, her looks and her friends. It was one of the shortest school years of her life, and she graduated as one of the three valedictorians York Prep High School, she was given a scholarship to New York University where she currently attends to this day.
Presently, Jasey-Rae has been having the same reoccurring dream of the girl in the sailor uniform, who in those dreams have tried to speak to her, but the words were faint, and even saw the women performing some sort of powers with her large staff or hands, she still hasn’t told her fathers about this dream. Jasey-Rae is now a Physics Major and minors in Design and Photography. Jasey’s grades as higher than eve, and still does some modeling and works at a new DIY (do it yourself) store located in New York City, and that she partially owns with her best friend [info]user, where they sell everything from jewelry to clothing and panties of all colors, shapes and sizes. Jasey has no idea just yet, who she really is and what she represents, but she knows that the reoccurring dreams she’s been having for years will eventually unfold to be something trying, but also something wonderful.

Don't you know it's gonna be all right
